Abstract A REVERSIBLE, ROTATABLE BRUSH EMPLOYING A CASING WHICH FUNCTIONS AS A HANDLE AND HOUSES A TURBINE FOR ROTATING A BRUSH. THE CASING IS PROVIDED WITH TWO PASSAGES LEADING TO THE TURBINE, ONE BEING DISPOSED FOR CAUSING THE TURBINE TO ROTATE IN ONE DIRECTION, AND THE OTHER BEING DISPOSED SO AS TO CAUSE THE TURBINE TO ROTATE IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION. A VALVE-CONTROLLED PASSAGE FOR WATER IS CONNECTED WITH THE BRUSH.
