Claim 1
Independent Claim 62 words
1 . A biopsy device comprising: a cannula; a hollow cutter translatable with respect to the cannula for severing tissue drawn into the cannula; and a control, the control operatively associated with a source of gas and a source of liquid for permitting a user to select at least one of gas or liquid for moving tissue samples severed by the cutter.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 62 words
