Abstract

Abstract Translated from Russian The invention relates to medical technology, in particular, can be used in surgery for the removal of soft tissue tumors. The aim of the invention is to improve the convenience of fixing a tumor. The device comprises a cannula 1 with an oblique cut 2, a rod 3 oriented relative to the cut 2 by means of a flat 4 and a shaped hole in the handle 6, a double-shouldered retainer 7, in which the area of the shoulder 8 is larger than the area of the shoulder 9, while the shoulder 8 is interoperable with a bevel 11 parallel to the plane of the slice 2, and the shoulder 9 is arranged to interact with the bevel 12 located perpendicular to the axis of the needle 1, the risks are at the non-working end of the needle 1 and the handle 6. Holding the handle 6, the needle 1 with the her polo The cores 3 and the double shoulders latch 7 are inserted into the body in the direction of the tumor. Needle 1 is removed from the body. In this case, the working end of the rod 3 with latch 7 remains inside the tumor. To fix the tumor, the rod 3 is fed in the opposite direction and due to the fact that the pressure of the tumor tissue on the shoulder 8 is greater than the pressure on the shoulder 9, the clamp 7 rotates relative to the hinge 10 and is set perpendicular to the axis of the rod 3, the arm 9 interacts with the bevel 12. To remove the device from the body, a needle 1 is inserted in the stem 3, combining the risks. In this case, the rod 3 with the retainer 7 is oriented relative to the oblique cut 2 of the needle 1. The top of the cut 2 acts on the shoulder 9 of the lock 7, which rotates and enters the cavity of the needle 1, interacting with the shoulder 8 with a bevel 11. Next, the device is removed from the body. 6 Il.
