Целью изобретени   вл етс  снижение времени проведени  операции путем ускорени  и упрощени  фиксации краев кишки к штоку. Хирургический сшивающий аппарат содержит трубчатый корпус 1, съемную скобочную головку 2 с толкателем и насосом 3, установленную на корпусе, шток 4, съемную упорную головку 5 с лунками дл  загиба скобок, установленную на штоке, механизм выбора зазора прошивани  и привод прошивани . На штоке подвижно установлены две подпружиненные втулки 6 с крючками 7. Аппарат вводитс  внутрь кишки и ее конец фиксируетс  на крючках 7 втулки 6, котора  ближе к скобочной головке 2. Второй конец кишки надеваетс  на упорную головку 5 и фиксируетс  на крючках 7 второй втулки 6. Затем упорна  головка 5 сближаетс  со скобочной головкой 2 и прошивание осуществл етс  по общим правилам. 1 ил. The invention relates to medical technology, namely to surgical stapling apparatus. The aim of the invention is to reduce the time of the operation by accelerating and simplifying the fixation of the edges of the intestine to the stem. The surgical stapler includes a tubular body 1, a removable bracket head 2 with a pusher and a pump 3 mounted on the body, a stem 4, a removable stop head 5 with holes for bending the brackets mounted on the rod, a mechanism for selecting a piercing gap and a flash drive. Two spring-loaded bushings 6 with hooks 7 are movably mounted on the rod. The device is inserted inside the bowel and its end is fixed on the hooks 7 of the bush 6, which is closer to the bracket head 2. The second end of the bowel is put on the stop head 5 and fixed on the hooks 7 of the second sleeve 6. Then, the stop head 5 comes close to the staple head 2 and the flashing is performed according to the general rules. 1 il.
