Устройство содержит полую наружную трубку 1 с продольным окном 2, образованным кра ми продольных кромок 6,7 на рабочем участке, и подвижную соосно установленную трубку 3 с приемной камерой 8. Конический заостренный конец 4 трубки 1 и ее заостренна  передн   кромка 5 образуют острие устройства во врем  пункции. Ширина окна 9 внутренней трубки 3 равна ширине окна 2. Режущие кра  продольных кромок окна 9 расположены на наружной поверхности трубки 3, имеющей на нерабочем - конце канюлю 16 дл  подсоединени  к вакуум-насосу..
