Abstract Translated from Russian ЭНДОТРАХЕАЛЬНАЯ ТРУБКА, содержаща  корпус с каналом дл  подачи жидкости, надувную манжету, обхватывающую рабочую часть корпуса, контактный элемент, отличающа с  тем, что, с целью снижени  осложнений от сдавливани  манжета выполнена двухслойной, наружный слой которой выполнен гофрированным с перфорацией, а внутренний - электропроводным , причем полость между сло ми соединена с каналом.
