Способ деструкции пучка Гиса путем воздействи  электрическим током на эндокард проводниковой системы сердца, отличающийс  тем, что, с целью уменьшени  травматичности и сокращени  времени операции , электрод ввод т в полость правого предсерди  через периферические вены. 2. Устройство дл  деструкции пучка Гиса, содержащее корпус с ручкой из изол ционного материала и контактную головку с двум  точечными электродами, отличающеес  тем, что, с целью уменьшени  травматичности и сокращени  времени операции, оно снабжено дугообразными электродами, установленными на контактной головке по ее периферии с двух сторон от точечных электродов , при этом дугообразные электроды соединены с разъемом дл  подключени  к электрофибрилл тору.
