Nonrotation type reciprocating device

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To effectively and smoothly reproduce a desired moving trace by regulating the magnitude of a magnetic attraction force and pressurized fluid fed into a hollow pipe to move a movable unit. CONSTITUTION:A hollow pipe 1 is formed in a noncircular shape on the outer periphery, and a pressurized fluid passage is formed therein. An inside sliding member 3 which slidably moves along the axial direction is mounted in the pipe 1, and a magnet 2 is mounted on the outer periphery. An outside slidable member 5 is slidably mounted along the axial direction on the noncircular outer peripheral surface of the pipe 1. The member 5 is brought into coincidence with the disposing position with the magnet 2 on the opposed surfaces of the pipe 1 to provide a magnet 4 having a polarity different from the magnet 2. The members 5, 3 are moved by the pressure difference produced before and after the member 3 when the fluid is fed into the pipe 1 and the magnetic attraction force of the magnets 2, 4.
