Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To reduce the cost with a compact structure by composing a drive coil and a speed-detecting coil of an integral bobbin, and cancelling an induced voltage except a speed signal voltage generated in the detecting coil by the second detecting coil output. CONSTITUTION:A closed magnetic circuit is formed of a coil bobbin 1 of integral type which winds a drive coil 2 and a speed detecting coil 3, and rectangular yoke members 8, 9 in which magnets 4, 5 for crossing magnetic fluxes at the coil are bonded to yoke members 6, 7 made of magnetic material, and the magnetic fluxes generated from the magnets 4, 5 cross the coils 2, 3. In this case, the second detecting coil member 12 wound with a coil 11 on a bobbin 10 is secured to the member 7. Thus, the drive coil 2 is energized to drive the bobbin 1 in the direction of an arrow b, a speed detection signal from the coil 3 and an induced voltage by the coil 2 are superposed and detected. The induced voltage is cancelled by the voltage of the coil 12 to obtain a speed signal.
