Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To prevent effectively the evaporation of a liquid to be inspected, by covering an opening of a sample cup with a composite sheet piled up two sheets and providing a nozzle capable of inserting into the sheet. CONSTITUTION:A composite sheet is made by a sheet member 3C of a covering part 3 of a sample cassette 1 by piling up the 1st sheet 3D made of parafilm etc. having a fixed tension and an adhesive property and the 2nd sheet 3E made of cellophane etc. resisting to the tension at the time of breaking the sheet 3D. Further, a nozzle 4 is provided with a guide member 4A formed sharply at its tip end. In case of setting up dimensions suitably, the sheet 3C is stuck closely to the opening part of a sample cup 2 exactly by covering the part 3 on the cassette 1. Next, when the member 4 is inserted, only a hole is bored without tearing by using the composite sheet and a liquid to be inspected is sucked by a pipe 4B. For this reason, the evaporation of the liquid to be inspected is prevented effectively.
