Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To exactly catch an advancing car by deflecting the detecting direction of a main radar toward the curve of a road. CONSTITUTION:A deciding means 9 detects the curvature of the curved road by calculating the intervals of installing glance guide marks 10a. When the curved state of the road is detected, a control signal corresponding to the curved state is outputted from the deciding means 9 to a deflecting means 8, and this deflecting means 8 deflects the detecting direction by changing the angle of installing a main radar 2. Thus, an advancing car 11 can be always exactly caught by the main radar 2 and the position can be exactly detected.
