Guide apparatus for endoscope to be inserted cutaneously
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To enable insertion or removal of an endoscope without damaging a skin layer while securing an airtight state inside a body cavity by arranging a tip inner rim of a guide tube for an endoscope inserting section to be a non- edge structure while an elastic seal member is provided at a base end thereof for the external surface of the endoscope inserting section. CONSTITUTION:Tracarl 10 has a inner needle 11 thereof stuck into a patient through a body skin and a mantle tube 12 is inserted into a specified body cavity. Under such a condition, the inner needle 11 is pulled off the mantle tube 12. As a result, with an action of a valve 14, gas bleeding in a belly of air is kept stopped. Under such a condition, in the insertion of an endoscope, a tip part of a guide tube thick part 20a has a circular arc part 20b of non-edge structure with the cross-section thereof being rendered circular arc in shape to allow insertion in a circular arc. In this manner, as the tip part of the guide tube 20 sticking out by l in length of the tip part 12a of the mantle tube 12, the guide tube 20 is retained with a hook 30 mounted on the mantle tube 12 as being linked to the mantle tube 12. Thus, a part is kept airtight between the guide tube 20 and an inserted part 2 with a sealing part 50b of a sealing member 50.
