Abstract 935,908. Smallware loom shuttle. IMATEX INDUSTRIA MACCHINE TESSILI S.r.1. Dec. 22, 1959, No. 43554/59. Class 142 (2). A bow shuttle for a smallware loom is guided by a slot C, driven by a rack D, has a spool K held by a fixed strap F and a pivoted strap F1 and has a weft feeler M providing electrical contact between the spool core K2 and contacts Q which co-operate with other contacts on the loom. A tensioner L1 is provided. A second embodiment has the spool secured by a setscrew to a spindle on a fixed strap. The shuttle frame A may be of moulded polyamide.
