Improvements in or relating to batch weighing systems
Abstract
Abstract 846,717. Electrical batch-weighing systems. FAIRBANKS MORSE & CO. Feb. 18, 1957, No. 6662/60. Divided out of 846,715. Drawings to Specification. Class 38 (6). The subject-matter is identical with that of Specification 846,715, but the claims are directed to means for obtaining voltages representative of the weights of two materials, and a compensating circuit for modifying the voltage by proportionately increasing the one and decreasing the other. In the embodiment voltages representing a quantity of sand and a quantity of water are thus proportionately adjusted in accordance with the percentage moisture content of the sand. Specifications 846,716, 846,718 and 846,719 also are referred to.
