Abstract
Abstract 508,350. Direct connections between conductors; making electric terminals. ELEKTRISCHE GLUHLAMPENFABRIKEN J. KREMENEZKY AKT.-GES. Oct. 20, 1938, No. 30403. Convention date, Oct. 21, 1937. [Class 38 (i)) [Also in Group XXII] A terminal cap with an attached wire or strip is made in a single operation by placing an imperforate circular disc 6 of aluminium, copper, or other soft metal in a die 1 having a cavity 3 communicating with a passage 4 into which the wire or strip 7 is introduced. A plunger 5 then presses the disc into a thinwalled cap 6<SP>1</SP>; Fig. 2, with a solid extension 6<SP>11</SP> having the wire or strip 7 embedded in it.
