Abstract 428,577. Non - refillable bottles. SHAPIRO, M., 1420, West 6th Street, Cleveland, Ohio, U.S.A. Sept. 5, 1934, No. 25586. [Class 125 (i)] A frangible stopper has an upper part projecting from a bottle protected by a metallic cover 8, and a passage 7 in the lower part to discharge the contents when the upper part is removed by breakage. The stopper is retained in the bottle neck by spring clips.
