Abstract
Abstract Interleukin-2 and macrophage activating factor (MAF) are produced by incubation of human peripheral blood cells in the presence of human lymphoblast cells and an interleukin inducer. Interleukin-2 and MAF are useful in the treatment of infectious diseases caused by viruses or bacteria or in the treatment of malignant tumours.
