Abstract 8294. Atkinson, H. G., and Taylor, J. R. April 8. Piston apparatus for discharging receptacles.- The cap a of the cylinder b carries a liner c in which the piston d works. The liner c can be detached and filled with grease by inserting it in a grease-container and rotating it, whereupon the bars e cut off the core of grease from the main mass. Holes i may be provided for the escape of air.
