Abstract
Abstract The present invention relates to an implant for spinal ligament correction and reinforcement. The implant according to the invention comprises a flexible band (1), the two ends of which are connected in order to form a ring, and two fixation means which are joined to the vertebrae and between which the flexible band (1) is blocked and tensioned in order to connect the said vertebrae to each other. The implant is characterised in that the flexible band shaped as a ring has a circular cross-section whether or not it is tensioned.
