Abstract This device comprises a roll which is wound about itself and is intended to be able to be dilated in the radial direction counter to an elastic restoring force, this roll comprising at least one tooth (8) and one ridge (10, 12) which are intended to fasten on one another when the roll is in a dilated state. Application to the treatment of arteriostenosis.
