Abstract a. Apparatus for measuring and irradiating cavities. b. Apparatus characterised in that at least two small optically transparent balloons 10, 11 are attached to the body 5 of the catheter, surrounding the catheter body 5 and arranged at a certain distance from each other, it being possible for these small balloons to be inflated with the dispersing agent 26 so that they are applied to parts of the wall of the cavity 2. c. The invention applies to an apparatus for measuring and irradiating cavities.
