Abstract

Abstract The invention relates to a composite needle, of which the surface of the part penetrating the tissues 4 comprises at least two types of material: electrically conducting materials 1 and insulating materials 2. Thus, the geometry of the electrocoagulated tissues 3 is a function of the distribution of the conducting surfaces. This method makes it possible to protect the noble tissues passed through by the needle from any electrical burning. This composite instrument according to the invention is in particular intended for microsurgery, cosmetic surgery and angiology.
