Abstract

Abstract The present invention relates to a femoral prosthesis and a corresponding accessory. Prosthesis characterised in that its rod is fitted with at least two opposite surfaces 1 with a diamond point macrostructure 2, in that its surfaces 1 and 3 widen progressively from the point 4 of the rod in the direction of the flange of the cone 5 in order to produce simultaneous three-dimensional self-locking in the axial plane, the frontal plane and the sagittal plane, in that an anti-rotation plate 6 equips the trochanterian part of the rod, this trochanterian part being fitted with a tapping 7 on its upper face, and in that the cone 5 is a Morse cone fitted with a microthread.
