Abstract

Abstract A hook and loop pile type fastening tape has a loop pile on one face and a hook pile on the second face. The hook pile may alternatively be a pile of projections with globular ends or both piles may be identical. The tape may be cut into sections or folded over to use as fastenings so that the loop pile if one section is engaged with the pile of the second face. When rolled the opposite faces of the tape adhere together, so that the tape doesn't become unravelled.
