Abstract
Abstract Porous vascular prosthesis is composed of a hose fabric including a main fabric layer associated externally and internally with auxiliary fabric layers with respective outwardly and inwardly directed fibres. Inter growth with organic tissue is accelerated, and danger of thromboidal closure following implantating of prosthesis is reduced to a short period only.
