Abstract
Abstract The guide instrument (10) has controls (14,15,19,22,60) by which the implements (12,17,18) can be longitudinally moved and or turned on their lengthwise axis (33) and thereby guided precisely to the treatment point (16). The guide instrument also has fixtures (25-27) by which the implements are fixed in position and the guide instrument fixed in relation to the operating table. The guide instrument has a fixture tube (11) in which a guide tube (12) is precision-guided with an angled, nearby end piece (13). The implements can comprise an endoscope or micro-endoscope (18) with integrated laser probe (17). <IMAGE>
