Abstract Translated from German Okkludierende Vorrichtung, die einen aufblasbaren, vermittels Sphinkters (3) mit dem einsetzbaren Katheter (4) verbundenen Ballon (1) vorsieht, wobei die Wandung des erwähnten Ballons (1) mindestens eine ringförmige Verdickung an dem Sphinkter (3) herum trägt. Occlusive device which provides an inflatable balloon (1) connected to the insertable catheter (4) by means of sphincters (3), the wall of said balloon (1) carrying at least one annular thickening around the sphincter (3).
