Abstract Translated from German Verbinungen der Formel worin R 1 Wasserstoff, Halogen, Trifluormethyl, Nitro, Cyan, nieder Alkyl,nieder Alkoxycarbonyl, nieder Alkylthio, nieder Alkylsulfonyl, nieder Alkanoyl, Aroyl, Carbamoyl, Mono(nieder alkyl)carbamoyl oder Di-(nieder alkyl)carbamoyl, R 2 Wasserstoff, nieder Alkyl oder Phenyl, R 3 Wasserstoff oder nieder Alkyl, R 4 Wasserstoff oder Hydroxy und R 5 Wasserstoff oder R 4 und R 5 zusammen eine Kohlenstoff-Kohlenstoff-Bindung und R 6 eine Aryl- oder N-Heteroarylgruppe bedeuten, welche eine Hydroxygruppe in 2-Stellung oder, für den Fall einer N-Heteroarylgruppe, auch eine N-Oxidgruppe in 2-Stellung trägt, und pharmazeutisch verwendbare Säureadditionssalze solcher Verbindungen der Formel I, welche basisch sind, besitzen eine ausgeprägte den Kaliumkanal aktivierende Wirkung und können demnach als Azneimittel verwendet werden, insbesondere bei der Bekämpfung bzw. Verhütung von Bluthochdruck,dekompensierter Herzinsuffizienz, Angina pectoris, peripheren und cerebralen Gefässerkrankungen und Störungen der glatten Muskulatur.
