Abstract

Abstract A multifunctional pen comprises an outer shell (1) having at least one partition (3) in its inner space, which separates the inner space into two chambers (a,b), at least one of which is to be filled with working fluid directly, thus increasing the volume of working fluid. At the external ends of both chambers writing, drawing or working tips (2,5) are provided. The working fluid filled in the second chamber b may be used to write and draw on the surface of materials, on which writing or drawing with a common ink or the like is not possible or may be used for correcting writing or drawing errors.

Claim 1
Independent Claim 79 words
A multifunctional pen, comprising an outer shell (1) and a writing or drawing apparatus (2), characterized in that within the outer shell (1) at least one partition (3) is provided which separates the inner space of the outer shell (1) into two chambers (a,b), that the first chamber (a) forms part of said writing or drawing apparatus, that the second chamber (b) is filled by a working fluid (4) and has a working tip (5,15,16,17,18) at its external end.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 79 words
A multifunctional pen, comprising an outer shell (1) and a writing or drawing apparatus (2), characterized in that within the outer shell (1) at least one partition (3) is provided which separates the inner space of the outer shell (1) into two chambers (a,b), that the first chamber (a) forms part of said writing or drawing apparatus, that the second chamber (b) is filled by a working fluid (4) and has a working tip (5,15,16,17,18) at its external end.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 51 words
A multifunctional pen according to claim 1, characterized in that the said working fluid (4) is a physically covering-up fluid, or a chemically colourfading fluid, or a strongly adhesive coloured fluid not only capable of correction but also capable of writing and drawing on such materials as metal, glass and ceramics.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 25 words
A multifunctional pen according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that said working tip (15) is made of a material having good fluid permeability.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 62 words
A multifunctional pen according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the working tip (16,18) is made of material which is non-permeable to the working fluid, that the working fluid flows out through a gap provided between the working tip and the outer shell, and that the position of the displacement of the working tip is controlled by a spring (6).
Claim 6
Dependent Claim 33 words
A multifunctional pen according to claim 4, characterized in that the outside surface of the working tip (18) is wrapped with a layer (11) made of a material permeable to the working fluid.
Claim 7
Dependent Claim 29 words
A multifunctional pen according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that within the second chamber (b) felt or floss is contained to form a liquid storing body (8).
Claim 8
Dependent Claim 31 words
A multifunctional pen according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that within the working tip (17) a hole (9) is provided in which a tubing (10) is inserted.
