Abstract
Abstract This invention relates to a recombinant hybrid immunoglobulin molecule having an antigen binding site specific for fibrin linked to a second protein comprising the active portion of a plasminogen activator. The invention is also directed to the cloning and production of these novel hybrid immunoglobulin molecules. This invention further relates to a method of using these recombinant hybrid immunoglobulin molecules in immunodiagnostic and immunotherapeutic processes.
