Abstract Translated from German Herzklapenprothese zum Ersatz der Aorten- oder Pulmonalklappe aus einem Stützring (1) mit mindestens je zwei Kommisurenstützen (2) und flexiblen Segeln (3), die da­durch gekennzeichnet ist, daß die Höhe des Stützrings (1) einschließlich der Kommissurenstützen (2) kleiner als die Gesamthöhe der Herzklappenprothese ist. Heart valve prosthesis for replacing the aortic or pulmonary valve from a support ring (1) with at least two commissure supports (2) and flexible sails (3), which is characterized in that the height of the support ring (1) including the commissure supports (2) is less than is the total height of the prosthetic heart valve.
