Abstract

Abstract A rotary body (12) located within a treating tank (1) is electro-magnetically rotated, and by means of a rotary body, such treatments, as mixing, stirring, agitating, kneading, dispersion and the like will be effected. The rotary body is made of conducting material and an electro-magnetic coil (10) which generates a revolving magnetic field is located adjacent the rotary body. Since the rotary body is separated from a driving source, the treating tank provided with the rotary body can be made sealable.

Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 10
Claim 1
Independent Claim 75 words
A treating device for stirring treatment, such as mixing, stirring, agitating, kneading, dispersion of the materials to be treated which are received within a treating tank, comprising: an electro-magnetic coil which generates a revolving magnetic field; a rotary body made of conducting material, said body being rotatably provided within said treating tank and being to be rotated by an electro-magnetic inductive action of said revolving magnetic field; and a sritting blade provided on said rotary body.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 75 words
A treating device for stirring treatment, such as mixing, stirring, agitating, kneading, dispersion of the materials to be treated which are received within a treating tank, comprising: an electro-magnetic coil which generates a revolving magnetic field; a rotary body made of conducting material, said body being rotatably provided within said treating tank and being to be rotated by an electro-magnetic inductive action of said revolving magnetic field; and a sritting blade provided on said rotary body.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 21 words
A treating device according to claim 1, wherein said rotary body is located surrounding an outer periphery of said electro-magnetic coil.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 17 words
A treating device according to claim 1, wherein said rotary body is surrounded by said electro-magnetic coil.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 14 words
A treating device according to claim 1, wherein said rotary body is cylindrically provided.
Claim 6
Dependent Claim 14 words
A treating device according to claim 1, wherein said rotary body is annularly provided.
Claim 7
Dependent Claim 25 words
A treating device according to claim 1, wherein said electro-magnetic coil is provided within a wall member, outside of which said rotary body is located.
Claim 8
Dependent Claim 25 words
A treating device according to claim 1, wherein said electro-magnetic coil is provided within said wall member, inside of which said rotary body is located.
Claim 9
Dependent Claim 28 words
A treating device according to claim 1, wherein said treating tank and said rotary body are laterally provided so that the material to be treated is continuously treated.
Claim 10
Dependent Claim 47 words
A treating device according to claim 1, wherein the generated heat of said electro-magentic coil is absorbed by the cooling medium passing inside of said coil, and the temperature of treating material within said tank is controlled by the temperature controlled medium passing outside of said tank.
