Abstract

Abstract The device comprises a flexible container (1) for the dialysis fluid, a transfer tube system (21), a catheter (10), and couplings (2, 5 and 6, 9) both between the transfer tube system (21) and the container (1) and between the transfer tube system (21) and the catheter (10), it being possible for the coupling pieces (2, 5, 6) on the transfer tube system (21) and container (1) to be covered in a sterile manner prior to use by means of protective caps (8, 17, 18). The couplings (2, 5 and 6, 9), when joined together, can be covered by means of a protective enclosure (12) or a shrink-on sleeve (11). <IMAGE>
