Abstract Translated from German Ein von einem Anpaßteil (1) gehaltenes Prepreg-Teil (2) mit aushärtbaren Bereichen vorgesehenen, Gelenk-prothese, in den Knochenhohlraum passen und mit Hilfe von für ein Strömungsmittel undurchlässigen und aufblähbaren Anpreßmittel (4) gegen die Innenwandung eines Knochens preßbar und in dieser fixierten Position aushärtbar sind. A prepreg part (2), which is held by a fitting part (1) and has hardenable areas, fits into the bone cavity and can be pressed against the inner wall of a bone with the aid of pressure means (4) which are impermeable and inflatable to a fluid and in this fixed position are curable.
