Die Struktur des Kollagenmaterials kann durch Kohlehydratstärke oder durch eine wabenförmige Grundstruktur aus verschiedenen Materialien verstärkt werden. Ein solches Knochenersatzmaterial ist einerseits gut resorbierbar und fördert den Knochenbau und weist andererseits einen guten blutstillenden Effekt auf. The bone substitute material consists of a collagen material in the form of a fleece or a spatial mesh with added apatite, the mineral component of the bone substance. The structure of the collagen material can be strengthened by carbohydrate starch or by a honeycomb basic structure made of different materials.
