Device for puncturing internal body organs, vessels and other body regions
Abstract
The invention relates to a puncture device with a puncture cannula and an ultrasound echo slice imaging device with an ultrasound applicator and a vision device for the echo slice image, with a puncture aid on the vision device and on the ultrasound applicator a guide aid for the puncture cannula that can be coordinated at the insertion angle with the target angle of the aiming aid available. The aim of the invention is to provide a puncture aiming aid which is technically particularly simple and is also particularly sensitive to use. This aim is achieved according to the invention in that a circuit arrangement (24) in the sectional image device serves to insert a guide beam (11) into the echo visual image (S1, S2, S3), which can be adjusted in the visual image in the target direction to the body region (7) to be punctured and that, depending on the direction of the guide beam, the guide aid (5) can be adjusted to the guide beam (11) in the sense that the puncture cannula (6) is directed in the direction of the guide beam for piercing (FIG. 1).
