Tubular endoscope with flexible end built=up from short tubular parts
Abstract
Abstract The endoscope consists of an axially running stabilising spring strip (3) to which the tubular parts (1), of which the endoscope is built-up, are attached. An axially running tension spring strip (9), which lies parallel to the stabilising strip, can be moved axially. At least the foremost tubular part (1) is attached to this spring strip (4). At least one of the two spring strips (3,4) is curved when it is in its relaxed state. The curve in this section can be straightened out by axial movement of the tension spring strip (4). A reinforcing outer tube (8) can be pushed over the elastic end section (2) of the endoscope.
