Device for dorsal spinal repositioning during the operation of lumbar spondylolisthesis
Abstract
Abstract The device fits inside a fixator and comprises tension bolts (2) which can be screwed in the vertebral bodies (1) of the vertebrae concerned, a threaded rod (3) connecting the tension bolts (2) from vertebra to vertebra and connectors (4) which are displaceably guided and fixable on the threaded rod (3) and have a receptacle for the tension bolts in which the tension bolt (2) is displaceably guided in the direction of its axis and fixable in its particular position. The device is intended for tensioning the proximal tension bolts (2) and thereby the vertebrae in an exactly meterable manner dorsally (arrow 7) relative to the threaded rod (3). For this purpose, the device possesses a spindle sleeve (8) which can be connected at (11) to the tension bolt (2) in an axis-parallel manner and frictionally at least in the tensioning direction, and in which there is guided a threaded spindle (10) whose spindle end on the connector side can be axially supported against the connector (4). The other spindle end carries a spindle head (10.4) for twisting the threaded spindle (10). <IMAGE>
