Abstract
Abstract In a method for injecting injection media, a pressure member is moved in the direction of the injection medium at a speed which is controlled as a function of the respective pressure in the injection medium. An ampoule containing the injection medium is in this case introduced into a syringe. One side of the ampoule communicates with an injection needle. The other side of the ampoule is acted upon by the pressure member exerting a pressure on the injection medium. In the device used for carrying out the method, the pressure member is provided with a motor drive which is controlled as a function of the pressure prevailing in the ampoule.
