Abstract
Abstract The invention relates to an intramedullary force carrier for shaft fractures the distal end (5) of which can be spread from the proximal end (3) via a traction/pressure anchor (21), so that lamellae (12, 13) forming the distal end (5) can rest against the medullary canal. As a result the force carrier has high strength and is nevertheless easy to handle. <IMAGE>
