Abstract On opposite, parallel long sides the bearing bodies (4) have a depression (6) or a flap (8) engaging with the depression, which guide the movement of the two bearing bodies (4), especially on nodding movements of the head, and prevent the occurrence of an open gap through which the spacer body (5) could slip out of the sockets (7) of the bearing bodies (4). <IMAGE>
