The shaft (1) has an outer thread (2) extending along at least part of its length. This thread (2) serves as a belt for screwing into position. The thread can be a self-cutting type. The joint and shaft sections can be formed integrally or as two pieces joined by a clamp. The joint end section (3) of the shaft (1) can possess grooves are ribs running parallel to the shaft axis and fitting into congruent ribs or grooves in the channel (6) of the joint part (4). A screw (7) secures the fitting.
