Abstract
Abstract The bending resistant and sterilisable flat bag is made from a gas impermeable and light resistant sealing material, for holding food products. The completed bag consists of an outer bag (1) and an inner bag (2) of an elastic bending resistant and sterilisable material attached to the outer bag along its sealing seam. The inner bag (2) is only partly attached to the sealing seam of the outer bag (1), pref. by spot or short line joints. The bag is proof against the aromas of foods such as mushrooms, sauces, meats or sausage etc.
