Abstract

Abstract Translated from German Die Erfindung betrifft eine Biopsiekanuele. (Fig. 1){Biopsiekanuele; Spitze; Schneidkante; Schneidflaeche; Schliff; Zylindermantelwand; Stilett} The invention relates to a biopsy cannula. According to the invention, the operative end of the cane is shaped in the form of at least one point, one leg of which is rectilinear or arcuate, and whose other leg spirals from the point to the point of intersection with the other leg in the cylinder jacket wall. Both legs are provided with an inwardly extending cut from auszen. The cutting edge is laid to the inner circumference of the canoe. With a plug-in stylet, the biopsy cannula forms a biopsy needle. On the one hand, the needle can be designed with such a small diameter that larger tissue lesions with subsequent haemantons can be avoided, but on the other hand histologically evaluable tissue samples can be taken without substantial cell destruction or traumatization of the tissue.
