Abstract Translated from German Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Elektrodenkatheteranordnung, die sowohl zur Auffindung und optimalen Lokalisation der His-Potentiale als auch zur Uebertragung der zur Ablation des His-Buendels notwendigen Energiemenge genutzt werden kann. Das wird dadurch erreicht, dass ueber eine geeignete Elektrodenanordnung insbesondere die His-Ableit- und Ablationselektroden mit den entsprechend den Ablationserfordernissen dimensionierten Elektrodenzuleitungen eine R-zackengesteuerte Kondensatorentladung erfolgen kann. The invention relates to an electrode catheter assembly which can be used both for finding and optimal localization of the His potentials as well as for the transmission of the amount of energy necessary for the ablation of the His bundle. This is achieved by using an appropriate electrode arrangement, in particular the His-dissipation and ablation electrodes with the electrode leads, which are dimensioned according to the ablation requirements, an R-jaw-controlled capacitor discharge.
