SCALPEL
Abstract
Fig. 1 The invention relates to a new, universal scalpel, which combines previously trained separately tool for the Schnittdurchfuehrung in, which can be combined or used individually for separating homogeneous organic material, for cutting at boundary layers of organic materials, in particular of organs and parts of organs and Peeling of bones and bloodstream from organic material parts in the field of medicine, veterinary science and meat and fish processing. The solution to the problem of developing a scalpel with limited cutting zone and variable depth of cut, which avoids the cutting of adjacent layers of meat was done by arranging a Druckfluidschneidduese as a cutting and separating element on a scalpel handpiece with a controllable and reversible Druckfluidzufuehrung that adjusting the pressure fluid pressure the strength of the material allows. Furthermore, the Druckfluidschneidduese for evacuation of the pressurized fluid is reversible and can be used as a coagulation tool. Fig. 1
