Abstract Translated from German Das beschichtete Implantat ist anwendbar beim Einsatz aller zeitlich begrenzt oder dauernd in den Organismus eingebrachter, ganz oder teilweise von der Koerperoberflaeche bedeckter Alloplantate. Das Ziel der Erfindung besteht in der Herstellung von Implantaten mit einer dem Stoffwechsel zugaengigen fest haftenden Oberflaechenschicht, die gewaehrleisttet, dass auch ueber laengere Zeitraeume biochemische Bindungskraefte wirksam bleiben, und die Aufgabe Implantate herzustellen, die bei gleichbleibender biologischer Konstitution des Empfaengers eine unbegrenzte Liegedauer erreichen und bei denen die Bindung zwischen Schicht und Implantat verbessert wird. Erfindungsgemaess wird die Aufgabe geloest, indem ein Implantat mit einer Schicht aus organischen Molekuelen, die ein Metallatom enthalten, insbesondere aus Metallphthalocyanin oder seinen Derivaten versehen ist. The aim of the invention is to produce implants having a firmly adhering surface layer which is accessible to the metabolism, which ensures that biochemical binding forces remain efficacious over longer periods of time and has the task of producing implants which, given a constant biological constitution of the recipient, reach an unlimited resting time and where the bond between the layer and the implant is improved. According to the invention, the object is achieved by providing an implant with a layer of organic molecules containing a metal atom, in particular metal phthalocyanine or its derivatives.
